The benefits of yoga don’t end with birth. Physical strength, flexibility, concentration, and relaxation

benefit new moms enormously but there are also benefits of yoga that are specific to the postpartum

period. Please get clearance from your doctor before beginning postnatal class, usually around 6 weeks.
