Learn to quiet the mind while moving the body with fluidity and awareness. In yoga we strengthen and lengthen the muscles and connective tissue while moving joints through full range of motion. This ancient practice promotes flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and control in mind and body alike. You will learn how yoga is much more than just a physical practice. With just one class you will notice an increased sense of peace and calmness within. All levels welcome.
