Hi, I'm Christie! I'm a certified 4th Trimester Fitness® Method Instructor, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher — and I'm so excited to support you during this incredibly important chapter of your life.
When I was preparing for my first birth, my water broke before labor really kicked in. A nurse handed me a birth ball and said it might help get things moving — but I had no idea what to actually do with it. I remember feeling confused, unsure, and wishing I had known more about how to work with my body instead of waiting for someone to tell me what to do.
That experience is one of the big reasons I’m so passionate about teaching this Prep4Birth™ Clinic. So many of us don’t realize how much we can do to support our bodies, our babies, and our birth experience — until we’re already in the middle of it.
