A complete, evidence-based 3 hour prenatal prep class that teaches how to use the ball for strength and support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and even postpartum!

A 6-Week "Mommy & Me" Class Focused on Healing and Strength

PPR focuses on progressive exercises over 6 weeks and functional movement of the whole body. Strengthen the pelvic floor and core, and learn how to best support healing after pregnancy and birth!

Our Postpartum Recovery® Fitness class is designed to help you safely return to exercise, rebuild your core and pelvic floor, and connect with other new moms in a supportive environment.

What You'll Gain:

  • Progressive exercises tailored for postpartum recovery

  • Strategies for returning to running and other activities

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR


Hey, I'm Christie! I'm a certified 4TFM Instructor and am SO excited to bring these classes to the NWI mom community!

After dealing with my own pain and struggles during pregnancy and postpartum, I realized just how little many moms know about birth and postpartum until they are really in the thick of it, and the little support there is for self-advocacy. I want every mom to feel strong, empowered and capable in body and mind!

I also have training as a Birth & Postpartum Doula and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher. 4th Trimester Fitness® Method has been the perfect way for me to blend my passion for movement and fitness with the dedication and support of pregnant and new mommas!
