Postpartum Recovery® is for women in any stage of postpartum… Anytime after 10-days post vaginal birth or 4 weeks post-cesarean birth.
Babies are welcomed and encouraged to join you for class, but this program is great for moms of toddlers & beyond! Non-crawling babies only please
This 6 week series involves progressions and gentle recovery movement patterns. We will focus on mind-body reconnection to the pelvic floor and core and functional and corrective exercise.
In this class series, you will learn how to connect with your deep core muscular system and pelvic floor to structurally support your core and pelvic floor in the recovery phase. We work up every week to a full body strengthening and fitness program!
You will also learn about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other common experiences in the postpartum period.
SPRING 2026
Tuesdays 9:30am-11:00am - March 24 to May 5 (no class 4/7)
Saturdays 10:30am-12:00pm - April 11 to May 23 (no class 5/16)
All classes meet 90mins 1x/week for 6 weeks at Divine Child Yoga & Movement Studio - 2626 N State Rd 39, Suite 5, La Porte, IN 46350
