"Highly recommend this series! Being postpartum is so hard even for the easiest pregnancies and births. Having guidance on safe strengthening practices and getting tips on healing have been so helpful in my recovery. I’m used to working out twice a week even up until I was 38 weeks pregnant. Being home after giving birth I slipped backwards a lot further than I thought. Being in PPR has got me connecting better with my body and being more mindful lifting and moving in general. Being in a group of fresh mamas has also been super helpful. We share issues and suggest potential solutions for our babies and it’s great to have some support from people who really understand. I really have looked forward to each class and the only thing I wish was different is that it went on longer than 6 weeks!"

"This was a great way to ease back into movement postpartum! Each class slowly builds on itself and is accessible no matter your skill level. The whole experience felt personalized, and resources made it easy to continue exercises at home- even if you only have a few minutes! I feel more aware/at home in my body again, and have noticed a difference in my strength. The sense of community in the class is an added bonus, and I looked forward to each class- 6 weeks FLEW by! I would highly recommend!"

I enjoyed every second of this class. I learned so much about my (new to me) postpartum body and I highly recommend it!!! Personally, it was the just the thing I needed to get out of the house (in a safe and baby friendly environment), get moving, and make some mom friends! Christie is amazing and it was just an overall great experience.
~ Megan, twin mom that brought both babies!
I would 100% recommend this class to any woman who is post partum! It was so amazing to meet with a group of mamas who are going through similar experiences, while being able to learn different exercises that I can use everyday to help strengthen my body! Christie was such a great teacher and made you feel so comfortable to learn the exercises and talk about things with other mamas! She also educated me on SO much about our bodies that I didn’t know before. If you do the exercises at home between class each week, you can really notice a difference. I left this class feeling so much more confident and connected to other mamas! Christie is an awesome teacher and truly made this experience! I also loved seeing all the other babies! 👶🏻 highly recommend!!

Christie is amazing and her classes are the best! I met her when looking for prenatal yoga classes and now joined her for the postpartum classes. She creates a supportive environment and her classes are fun and incredibly helpful but during and after the birth journey! I could not recommend her enough.

I am so glad I decided to sign up for this class with Christie! I really enjoyed getting out of the house and sharing stories or just chatting each week before getting started. Moving my body felt so good and I loved learning about my postpartum body. I felt empowered because I was learning new things every week and I could feel my body getting stronger as we progressed through the workouts. I would definitely take this class again and recommend it to any momma!

Hi, I’m Christie — a certified 4th Trimester Fitness® Method Instructor, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and a mom of two boys who’s been through the trenches of postpartum recovery myself.
After my first baby, I was diagnosed with a bladder prolapse. After my second (a big 9-pounder!), I was dealing with diastasis recti, pain, and a body that just didn’t feel like mine anymore. I kept telling myself things would get better, but the truth is, I was struggling — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
It wasn’t until I started pelvic floor therapy that things finally began to turn around. And when I discovered 4TFM, it felt like everything clicked. I remember thinking: Why didn’t I know about this sooner? More moms need this kind of support — this knowledge, this guidance — before they feel broken down or defeated.
That’s why I teach this class. I want every mom to know that healing is possible, strength can be rebuilt, and you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether your baby is 6 weeks or 6 years old, if you’ve never had a space to truly focus on your recovery, this class is for you.
Let’s take that first step together — YOU deserve this!🩵
