Designed for students with prior yoga experience, this class explores creative sequencing, fluid transitions, and opportunities to challenge both body and mind.

Absolute Beginner Yoga Series

Are you brand new to yoga, or coming back to your mat after a long time away? This 4-week Absolute Beginner Yoga Series is designed just for you!

Over four progressive, welcoming 90-minute classes, you’ll build a solid foundation in breath, alignment, and movement. Each week, you’ll learn the essential poses, transitions, and simple flows — with clear guidance, personal attention, and plenty of time for questions.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Breathe in a way that supports calm and focus
  • Move with confidence and safety
  • Use props and modifications to suit your body
  • Put together a gentle yoga sequence you can practice at home

No experience needed, no flexibility required — just bring your curiosity and an open mind! Level 0-1

Series meets once weekly for 4 weeks. 90 minutes per class. Max of 6 students per series for personalized attention

Yoga in the Lavender Field

Join Christie for a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga experience in the lovely fields of Lakeside Lavender & Herbs! Practicing amongst the lavender farm, surrounded by the beauty of the trees and the fresh outdoor air, you will feel peace in mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or towel to place underneath (to absorb morning dew). Ample parking is available on the west edge of the field. In case of rain, we will move to the Gift Shop's upstairs loft for class.

Postpartum Recovery®

A mommy & me class focused on building strong cores, confidence, & community through functional movement and corrective exercise!

Postpartum Recovery® is for women in any stage of postpartum… Anytime after 10-days post vaginal birth or 4 weeks post-cesarean birth.

Babies are welcomed and encouraged to join you for class, but this program is great for moms of toddlers & beyond!

This 6 week series involves progressions and gentle recovery movement patterns. We will focus on mind-body reconnection to the pelvic floor and core and functional and corrective exercise.

We like to say that your brain will sweat more than your body! In this class series, you will learn how to connect with your deep core muscular system and pelvic floor to structurally support your core and pelvic floor in the recovery phase. We work up every week to a full body strengthening and fitness program!

You will also learn about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other common experiences in the postpartum period.

Learn how to use the Birth ball in labor, strengthen the core & pelvic floor, and learn techniques for optimal positioning!

This 4th Trimester Fitness® Method clinic is a complete prenatal Birth Ball & Prep class for unmedicated, medicated, use in home birth, birth center birth, or hospital birth. You will learn exercises to strengthen your body during pregnancy, tools for optimal positioning and comfort during labor and birth, and even a few postpartum tips for baby soothing techniques.

Postnatal Yoga: HEAL

Honor • Embrace • Align • Let Go

A gentle, 4-week yoga series designed to support you during the tender early weeks of postpartum — from about 6 weeks to 4 months after birth. This class is for moms who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, breathe deeply, and feel held in a safe, welcoming space.

Each week centers around a heartful theme, forming the acronym HEAL:

  • Honor your birth and your body's journey
  • Embrace this new season with compassion
  • Align with your inner and physical strength
  • Let go of expectations and trust your own process

Through breath, mindful movement, and quiet reflection, you’ll begin to rebuild core and pelvic floor awareness, release tension, and reawaken confidence. This is a nurturing space to move at your own pace, connect with other moms, and feel supported in your healing — body, mind, and spirit.

Each class is 60 minutes

Babies are welcome!Please note this class is focused on the mother. While you can tend to your baby as needed of course, baby is not the main focus of the HEAL series. If you are looking for a more playful class, I recommend Baby & Me Yoga. The Postnatal Yoga series are best for smaller babies, before they are mobile/crawling. If you’d prefer to make this a class for just YOU, that’s also okay!!

Gentle yoga + bonding for pre-crawling babies and their caregivers

This super sweet and special class is designed for nurturing parent & baby and early bonding. Enjoy gentle stretches, breathing, and movement for you, plus calming touch and playful interaction for baby. Ideal for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

This class is best for not-yet mobile babies! Active crawlers and walkers should join the Babies in Motion Yoga or Parent Tot Yoga class

Bring a baby blanket & small baby toy (we provide mats, unless you prefer to bring your own). Please complete this postnatal intake form before attending class

Babies in Motion Yoga

For crawlers, cruisers, and early walkers—Babies in Motion Yoga is the perfect bridge between Baby & Me and Tot Yoga.

This class offers playful movement, bonding time, and a safe space to explore new skills like crawling, pulling up, and first steps, all through the lens of yoga!

This short and sweet class is the perfect low-pressure way to introduce yoga & movement with your bouncing baby. We'll sing, stretch, bounce, and explore simple yoga-inspired movement to support your baby’s new skills—and give you a chance to move too! Great for babies on the move who are not quite ready for our full-length Parent Tot Yoga class.

Whether you're new to yoga or just testing the waters, come join us for this fun and engaging class with your bouncing baby!

Mobile babies & toddlers up to 4 years old with a caregiver

A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class! Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies and have a chance to interact and have fun with other little ones. Class incorporates movement, repetition, sing-songs, fun props & more! Poses and much needed relaxation included for caregivers as well. 45 minute class
