Move with ease and stay connected to your body and baby in this 4-week prenatal yoga mini series. Designed for the slower, softer rhythm of summer, FLOW offers a supportive space to breathe, stretch, and simply be, without pressure or expectation.
Each week centers around a gentle theme to guide your practice:
Flow: Reconnect through mindful, fluid movement
Lengthen: Create space in the body, including the pelvic floor
Open: Soften into openness through breath, hips, and heart
Welcome: Embrace your body, your baby, and the journey ahead
This series blends light strength, mobility, and breathwork to help ease common pregnancy discomforts while supporting your body as it changes. You’ll leave each class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more deeply connected to your breath, your baby, and yourself.
All trimesters of pregnancy welcome. No prior yoga experience needed. Modifications and props offered to support every body, even on lower energy days.
Each class is 60 minutes
SUMMER 2026 SERIES DATES:
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm - June 3 to July 1 (no class June 17)
Investment: $60 for the 4-week session when registered 2 weeks in advance ($75 thereafter)
Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins)
