New to yoga? Returning after a long break? Craving a slower, supportive pace? This class is for you.

Beginner’s Yoga is a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on building strong foundations — breath, alignment, balance, and body awareness. You’ll learn common yoga poses step-by-step, with clear instruction and plenty of options so you can move in a way that feels good in your body.

This is a mat-based class, which means we’ll move up and down from the floor and spend some time on hands and knees. You don’t need to be flexible — but you should feel comfortable getting up and down from the mat at a gentle pace.

This class is perfect for:

  • Brand new students

  • Those returning after pregnancy or injury

  • Anyone wanting to slow down and refine the basics

  • Students who prefer a steady, foundational pace

We’ll combine mindful movement, simple flows, and grounding stretches to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence — both on and off the mat.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are. 🩵

Investment:$15 per class

Register for all 6-weeks for series price of $75
