C.O.N.N.E.C.T. is a six-week prenatal yoga series designed to support your body, nurture your mind, and prepare you for birth. Each week explores a theme that encourages presence, growth, and trust, helping you feel grounded, renewed, and empowered.
The journey begins with connection. You are invited to tune into your body, your breath, and your baby. Mindful movement and awareness practices help you notice the subtle shifts in your body and energy, creating a strong foundation for the weeks ahead.
