Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and fresh energy — the perfect time to deepen your connection to yourself, your baby, and the natural rhythms around you. This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit while preparing you for birth with strength and calm.
Each week follows the CONNECT framework, with a theme to inspire your practice:
Connect with baby, body, and breath to build awareness and presence.
Open into spaciousness in the body and heart through mindful movement.
Nurture by caring for yourself and grounding with nature’s rhythms.
Empower yourself with strength, trust, and confidence in your body’s wisdom.
Calm the mind and soothe the nervous system with breath and relaxation.
Trust the process of pregnancy, surrendering and leaning into support.
This series will help you feel grounded, renewed, and deeply connected as you prepare to welcome your baby with confidence and peace!
All trimesters welcome! No prior yoga experience needed. Class includes modifications and support for all bodies and energy levels.
Each class is 60 minutes
SERIES DATES: Mondays April 13 to May 18 - 6:30-7:30pm CST
Investment: $75 for the 6-week session.
Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)
