Postnatal Yoga: LOVE

Listen • Open • Validate • Empower

A soulful 4-week yoga series created for moms in the early postpartum window — from about 6 weeks to 4 months after birth. This class is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and nourish your heart as you adjust to this new season of life and motherhood.

Each week, we’ll move through the heart-led themes of LOVE:

  • Listen to your body and intuition
  • Open to give and receive love
  • Validate your experiences and emotions
  • Empower your strength — physically and emotionally

This series blends breathwork, gentle yoga, and grounding rituals to help you process, rebuild, and soften into yourself again. You’ll strengthen from the inside out while learning to honor your capacity, your rhythms, and your evolving identity.

Each class is 60 minutes

Babies are welcome!Please note this class is focused on the mother. While you can tend to your baby as needed of course, baby is not the main focus of the LOVE series. If you are looking for a more playful class, I recommend Baby & Me Yoga. The Postnatal Yoga series are best for smaller babies, before they are mobile/crawling. If you’d prefer to make this a class for just YOU, that’s also okay!!

Investment: $75 for the 4 week session. $25 to drop in if space is open!
