SUMMER 2025 Kids Yoga Camp

We're so excited to invite your children ages 4-10 to join us for this special 3-day kids yoga summer camp, where movement meets mindfulness and creativity connects with nature!

Each day of camp includes:

Gentle, playful yoga and breathwork
Group storytelling and guided relaxation
A themed art project for creative expression
Social emotional learning woven into each activity
Outdoor play (weather permitting)

🌸 Tues July 22: Earth Warriors BLOOM
We’ll start by exploring how we grow strong and confident like flowers in nature! Kids will craft sparkling crystal flower necklaces and move through a “seed to bloom” yoga flow to awaken their inner warrior.

🌳 Wed July 23: Earth Warriors ROOT
Kids will connect to their inner stillness and strength through grounding yoga poses and crystal tree building. We’ll also decorate picture frames with flat glass marbles and practice mindfulness with our own “magic stones.”

💎 Thur July 24: Earth Warriors SHINE
On our final day, we’ll celebrate self-expression and the joy of being an Earth Warrior! Campers will create colorful sand mandalas, decorate their photo frames, and move through expressive animal poses and breathwork.

8:30am-12:30pm each day

INVESTMENT: Before July 1 $125 for all 3 days. After July 1, $150 for all 3 Days (Best value ~ saves $30!)
