Whether you’re preparing for birth or navigating postpartum, these yoga series are designed to honor your body, support your breath, and connect you to your strength — one moment at a time.

Each series follows a seasonal rhythm, with classes that combine:
Thoughtful themes and affirmations
Mindful movement and modifications
Breathwork to support labor, healing, and emotional regulation
A compassionate space to be seen and supported
No! Prior yoga experience is not required.
In fact, many mamas step into a yoga class for the very first time during pregnancy. Sometimes this comes from reading about the benefits of prenatal yoga, and sometimes from a care provider recommending it as a safe and supportive form of movement during pregnancy.
Our prenatal yoga classes are designed specifically for pregnant bodies. Classes move slowly, use props generously, and offer options so you can meet your body where it is on any given day.
It’s important to seek out pregnancy-specific classes, as not all yoga classes or teachers are trained to support pregnant bodies. Prenatal yoga creates a space where movement, breath, and pacing are intentionally adapted for pregnancy.
You do not need flexibility, strength, or prior yoga knowledge. You are welcome exactly as you are in this season.
Yes! Prenatal yoga can still be supportive in many ways.
Prenatal yoga is not about preparing for one specific type of birth. It focuses on supporting your body, breath, and nervous system throughout pregnancy and into the postpartum period.
For those planning a cesarean birth, prenatal yoga can support:
awareness of posture and movement
breath and nervous system regulation
connection to your body and baby
preparation for recovery and postpartum care
Planning a cesarean birth does not lessen the importance of thoughtful preparation or care. Your body is doing meaningful work throughout pregnancy, and supportive movement and breath can be deeply beneficial.
Pregnancy timelines are beautifully unpredictable.
If your baby arrives during the series, we will simply adjust together. Some mamas attend part of the series, then transition into postpartum support when the time is right.
I will happily give you a credit for missed classes due to baby's birth to use toward Postpartum Recovery® or Baby & Me classes.
The intention of prenatal yoga is to offer support for this season, however long it lasts. There is no pressure to attend perfectly or complete every class. Care adapts, just like pregnancy does.
Classes are intentionally slow, steady, and supportive.
There is time to arrive, breathe, and settle before moving. Movement is guided with options and pauses, and there is space for rest, questions, and listening to your body.
Rather than rushing through poses, classes focus on how movement feels, how breath supports you, and how to move with awareness and ease throughout pregnancy.
Many mamas describe class as grounding, calming, and supportive, especially during the winter months.
