Prenatal Yoga: ACCEPT

Awareness • Connection • Compassion • Ease • Presence • Trust

Pregnancy is a time of transformation, and this gentle 6-week yoga series is here to help you move through it with softness, confidence, and self-compassion. In ACCEPT, you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and truly listen to what your body and baby need.

Each week explores a theme that supports both your physical and emotional journey into birth:

  • Awareness: Tune into your body and breath

  • Connection: Bond with your baby and deepen your inner trust

  • Compassion: Let go of expectations and welcome self-kindness

  • Ease: Move gently and release tension

  • Presence: Stay grounded in the moment

  • Trust: Build belief in your strength and intuition

This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, offering space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other expecting moms.

Each class is 60 minutes

SERIES DATES: Mondays Jan 19 to Feb 23 6:00pm-7:00pm CST

Investment: $75 for the 6 week session when registered by Jan 4 ($125 after Jan 5)

Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)

**Private package clients attend any Prenatal series at no extra cost. Prep4Birth moms receive 30% off (text Christie for the code)**

Special note: This is a seasonal offering offered just once a year during Winter❄️ Don't miss out on this special time! The next Prenatal Yoga seasonal class series is CONNECT, which will be offered Spring 2026 (join the waitlist here)

What if baby arrives before the series ends?: Congratulations & no worries! I will happily credit the remaining classes for either Baby & Me Yoga or toward the Postpartum Recovery® series!
