Pregnancy is a time of transformation, and this gentle 6-week yoga series is here to help you move through it with softness, confidence, and self-compassion. In ACCEPT, you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and truly listen to what your body and baby need.
Each week explores a theme that supports both your physical and emotional journey into birth:
This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, offering space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other expecting moms.
Each class is 75 minutes
SERIES DATES: Saturdays Jan 10 to Feb 14 10:30am-11:45pm CST
Investment: $125 for the 6 week session when registered by Dec 27 ($155 after Dec 27)
Drop-in class for $30 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)
