A mommy & me class focused on building strong cores, confidence, & community through functional movement and corrective exercise!
Postpartum Recovery® is for women in any stage of postpartum… Anytime after 10-days post vaginal birth or 4 weeks post-cesarean birth.
Babies are welcomed and encouraged to join you for class, but this program is great for moms of toddlers & beyond!
This 6 week series involves progressions and gentle recovery movement patterns. We will focus on mind-body reconnection to the pelvic floor and core and functional and corrective exercise.
We like to say that your brain will sweat more than your body! In this class series, you will learn how to connect with your deep core muscular system and pelvic floor to structurally support your core and pelvic floor in the recovery phase. We work up every week to a full body strengthening and fitness program!
You will also learn about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other common experiences in the postpartum period.
WINTER 2026
Tuesdays 9:00-10:30am - Jan 6 to Feb 17 (skip 1/27)
Saturdays 10:30am-12:00pm - Jan 10 to Feb 7
Tuesdays 9:30-11:00am - Feb 24 to March 31

INVESTMENT
SUPER-EARLY BIRD: $100 when registered by Dec 1, 2025 (for 2026 sessions)
EARLY BIRD: $125 when registered at least 2 weeks before start date
FULL PRICE: $155 within 2 weeks of start date
Cost also includes supplies for you to keep and practice at home (exercise ball and resistance band)
