New to yoga? Returning after a long break? Craving a slower, supportive pace? This class is for you.
Beginner’s Yoga is a welcoming, judgment-free space where we focus on building strong foundations — breath, alignment, balance, and body awareness. You’ll learn common yoga poses step-by-step, with clear instruction and plenty of options so you can move in a way that feels good in your body.
This is a mat-based class, which means we’ll move up and down from the floor and spend some time on hands and knees. You don’t need to be flexible — but you should feel comfortable getting up and down from the mat at a gentle pace.
This class is perfect for:
Brand new students
Those returning after pregnancy or injury
Anyone wanting to slow down and refine the basics
Students who prefer a steady, foundational pace
We’ll combine mindful movement, simple flows, and grounding stretches to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence, both on and off the mat.
No experience necessary. Just come as you are. 🩵
