A fun, full-body prenatal movement experience to prepare your body & mind using your birth ball!

Come ready to move, learn, and connect in this two-part, movement-based clinic designed to support your changing body through every stage of pregnancy.


You’ll discover how to use your birth ball to build strength, flexibility, and comfort — and gain confidence for your birth experience with this 4TFM evidence-based program!

This series meets twice for two hours each, giving you time between sessions to integrate and practice the movements, get more comfortable with your ball, and return with questions as your confidence and awareness grow.

Tea and light snacks will be provided, making this a warm and supportive “Mom’s Night Out” experience to share with friends or meet other moms preparing for this special season!

Each session builds on the last — you’ll leave with both the tools and confidence to continue using your birth ball throughout pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

Lean to use your birth ball for:

  • Strength, stability, and mobility throughout pregnancy
  • Comfortable, active positions for labor and birth
  • Breath awareness and relaxation techniques
  • Pelvic alignment and posture support
  • Confidence and connection as you prepare for your baby’s arrival

No prior yoga or fitness experience needed — just bring your ball, an open mind, and your pregnant bestie!

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

  • An inflated birth ball. You will need to inflate your ball over a couple days to allow for it to stretch and fill to full capacity! I will send info on sizing and how to inflate the ball when you register.
  • Scarf (one you already have at home will work, pashmina style works best or even a baby wrap)

Spots are limited to 6 moms to allow enough space for bellies & balls!

Investment:

EARLY BIRD PRICE: $85.00 when registered at least 2 weeks before

REGULAR PRICE: $95.00 within 2 weeks of start date
