
A 6-Week Outdoor Fitness & Community Series for Moms
This summer, give yourself a reason to get out of the house, move your body, and reconnect with yourself alongside a supportive community of moms.
Workout + Walk™ is a family-friendly outdoor fitness series designed for pregnant, postpartum, and motherhood seasons beyond. Each week, we’ll gather outdoors for intentional movement, fresh air, and meaningful connection because movement feels different when you don’t have to do it alone.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength postpartum, chasing toddlers, easing back into exercise, or simply craving consistency and community, you are welcome here.
Why I Created This
After becoming a mom myself, I realized how much easier movement felt when I had support, accountability, and other moms beside me who understood this season of life.
I also know firsthand how hard it can be to:
get out of the house
find time for yourself
rebuild strength postpartum
prioritize movement without childcare
Workout + Walk™ was created to make fitness feel realistic, welcoming, and supportive for motherhood, with space for your kids to come too.
No pressure. No “bounce back” culture.
Just movement, fresh air, and community.
What to Expect:
A guided 30-minute full-body workout using your stroller, bodyweight, resistance bands, and functional movement
A community walk along the beautiful Stone Lake path
Core and pelvic floor-conscious modifications
Encouragement and accountability in a judgment-free space
Outdoor movement to support mental wellness, energy, and stress relief
This is not an intense bootcamp.
It’s movement designed to help moms feel strong, supported, and energized in their current season!
Kids Are Welcome
Babies, toddlers, and older kids are absolutely welcome! Bring your stroller, wagon, scooter crew, or baby carrier, whatever works best for your family.
Some little ones stay in the stroller, some snack, some play in the grass, and some even join the workout.
Real-life motherhood is welcome here.
(And yes, my own kids will likely be there too!)

Registered participants will receive full meetup details, weather updates, and weekly communication via email and our private Workout + Walk™ Summer 2026 Facebook group.
Weather Policy
Workout + Walk™ is designed to keep moms moving consistently throughout the series.
In light rain or wet conditions, class may be modified under the pavilion with a shortened or optional walk.
In the event of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe weather, class will move indoors to the studio.
Weather updates will be emailed to registered participants by 8am.

Stroller, wagon, or baby carrier

Comfortable walking/workout shoes
