Each week explores a theme that supports both your physical and emotional journey into birth:
This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, offering space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other expecting moms.
Each class is 60 minutes
SERIES DATES: Mondays January 19 to February 23 - 6:00-7:00pm CST
Investment: $75 for the 6-week session when registered by Jan 4 ($125 after Jan 6)
Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)
