Pregnancy is a time of transformation, and this gentle 6-week yoga series is here to help you move through it with softness, confidence, and self-compassion. In A.C.C.E.P.T., you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and truly listen to what your body and baby need.
Each week explores a theme that supports both your physical and emotional journey into birth:
Awareness: Tune into your body and breath
Connection: Bond with your baby and deepen your inner trust
Compassion: Let go of expectations and welcome self-kindness
Ease: Move gently and release tension
Presence: Stay grounded in the moment
Trust: Build belief in your strength and intuition
This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and rest, offering space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other expecting moms.
Each class is 60 minutes

ACCEPT Prenatal Yoga is a seasonal Winter offering, available just once each year. This series is intentionally designed to support the slower, more inward energy of winter — making it a special time to practice.
