Gratitude season is Here🧡🙏

With Thanksgiving approaching, most of us start to shift our focus into the season of Gratitude and feeling thankful for the good people and things in our lives.
It's a special time, and while I wish this mindset were at the forefront everyday, I love seeing it practiced and embodied this time of year.
While "Gratitude" can feel like a buzzword these days, studies have shown that it does indeed have a powerful impact on our mental and physical well-being! It decreases stress & negative thinking - making us more resilient, kinder and strengthens our relationships. Gratitude practice is linked to enhanced happiness, optimism, and social support as well as overall satisfaction with family, community, school, friends and self. Pretty amazing!
Check out this interesting article if you're curious more about why!
In any case, I really want you to know that I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my yoga practice with you and inspire a positive mind-body-heart connection!
I don't take this work lightly and if I'm completely honest, it can be exhausting at times (just ask the parents of my PreK & toddler classes😅🤣), but I want you to know that this is what lights me up and I am so appreciative to all of you that have shown up to class and supported me & our community! Even if you haven't joined a class, please know I honor this space in your day as you read these words!🙏
And remember, if you'd love for your kids to get into the "Attitude of Gratitude" with me, I have a special kids class this Saturday 11/12/2022. >>Here's the link to more info
Again, thank you for showing up and for practicing gratitude each and everyday!
🧡Christie
