Absolute Beginner Yoga Series

Are you brand new to yoga, or coming back to your mat after a long time away? This 4-week Absolute Beginner Yoga Series is designed just for you!

Over four progressive, welcoming 90-minute classes, you’ll build a solid foundation in breath, alignment, and movement. Each week, you’ll learn the essential poses, transitions, and simple flows — with clear guidance, personal attention, and plenty of time for questions.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Breathe in a way that supports calm and focus
  • Move with confidence and safety
  • Use props and modifications to suit your body
  • Put together a gentle yoga sequence you can practice at home

No experience needed, no flexibility required — just bring your curiosity and an open mind! Level 0-1

Series meets once weekly for 4 weeks. 90 minutes per class. Max of 6 students per series for personalized attention
