Prenatal Yoga: GATHER

Pregnancy in the fall invites us to slow down, root deeply, and gather strength and wisdom for the season ahead. This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth through mindful movement, breath, and community.

Each week follows the GATHER framework, with a unique theme to guide your practice:

  • Ground into stability with postures and breath that support balance and ease.
  • Align your body, your breath, and your baby’s position with mindful awareness.
  • Thrive by building strength and resilience to support your growing body.
  • Harmonize your emotions, energy, and relationships during this season of change.
  • Embrace this stage of pregnancy with self-compassion and gratitude.
  • Release tension, fear, and resistance as you prepare for birth.

This series will help you feel strong, centered, and supported as you move toward your birthing season — gathering tools, strength, and confidence along the way.

All trimesters welcome! No prior yoga experience needed. Class includes modifications and support for all bodies and energy levels.

Each class is 60 minutes

SERIES DATES: Mondays Nov 17 to Dec 22 - 6:00-7:00pm CST

Investment: $75 for the 6-week session when registered by Nov 1. $125 thereafter. Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)
