All Levels Hatha Yoga

Adults only class. Level 1-2

A well-rounded, mindful movement practice open to all experience levels. This class blends breath, balance, and gentle strength with flowing sequences designed to meet you right where you are.
Expect accessible options, thoughtful transitions, and moments of stillness woven in to support body awareness, mobility, and calm.
Perfect for those returning to their mat, building confidence, or looking for a steady, feel-good flow.
