
Birth Story Sharing Circle + Gentle Yoga: Monthly community group
Whether your experience felt empowering, complicated, traumatic, beautiful, or something in between, your story matters and deserves to be held with care.
This monthly circle is a gently guided space for mothers to come together, move softly, breathe, and share birth stories in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga to help settle the nervous system and arrive in the body. From there, we’ll move into a facilitated sharing circle, where participants are invited (never required) to share their birth experience. We’ll close with restorative movement and breath to support integration, emotional processing, and a sense of grounding before returning to daily life.

✨ This is not therapy, but a supportive, trauma-aware community space
WHEN: Fourth Thursday of the Month | 6:00–8:00pm CST
Depending on attendance, Circle could run between 90 minutes and 2 hours

Space is limited to maintain an intimate, safe container. Pre-registration is required
This offering is donation-optional to help make it accessible to all mothers.
A suggested donation of $15–$25 helps support:
future scholarship opportunities for moms
continued community programming at the studio
