
A supportive movement class designed for moms who are ready to continue rebuilding strength after pregnancy and birth with baby by your side!
This class blends postpartum-informed Pilates exercises with time for baby play and connection with other local moms. It’s a wonderful progression for moms who have completed our Postpartum Recovery Fitness® series, or for anyone who feels ready to move beyond early recovery and build strength in a gentle, encouraging environment.
During class we focus on:
• rebuilding deep core strength
• supporting pelvic floor function
• improving posture and stability
• strengthening the body for everyday motherhood (lifting, carrying, feeding, and more)
Class includes 40 minutes of Pilates-inspired movement followed by 20 minutes of baby play and social time so moms can connect while babies explore and interact.
Babies are welcome to rest beside you, observe the movement, or join in the fun during our play portion of class. Feeding, diaper changes, and baby snuggles are always welcome.
Ideal for babies 6 weeks postpartum through early crawlers.
No previous Pilates experience is required. This class is designed for postpartum bodies and offers a supportive next step for moms who are ready to continue rebuilding strength after baby.
