✨ The second half will include gentle yoga, relaxation techniques, and mindful breathing to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Christie is a dedicated volunteer with the NWI CMW, a proud firefighter's wife, and a busy mom to two young boys. Her journey with prenatal depression and anxiety inspired the creation of this group, rooted in her passion for supporting mothers.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Christie is a seasoned yoga instructor (RYT-500, RPYT, RCYT), Birth & Postpartum Doula, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Instructor, and certified 4th Trimester Fitness Method® Instructor. In 2023, she earned a scholarship for PSI’s Components of Care two-day PMADs training, further deepening her expertise in supporting mothers facing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Christie is passionate about helping moms find balance in mind, body, and spirit through connection, community, movement, and mindfulness. Inspired by her own motherhood journey, she strives to empower moms to prioritize their wellness and well-being!
