Prep4Birth™ is a 3.5-hour workshop designed for all stages of pregnancy. We recommend taking it early so you have time to build strength, practice the movements, and feel mentally prepared for labor and birth.
This workshop blends education, movement, and mindset to help you feel more confident and prepared for birth.
You’ll learn how to use:
Birth balls, peanut balls, and CUBs to support labor progression
Positions that can help shorten labor and pushing time (especially helpful with non-medicated or epidural!)
Techniques to create space in the pelvis for comfort and optimal baby positioning
We’ll also focus on building strength and awareness in the body, especially the legs, core, and pelvic muscles, which play a key role during labor.
You’ll be guided through simple, effective exercises using the birth ball to:
Strengthen your body for labor
Improve balance and stability
Practice coping with intensity (just like contractions!)
We’ll introduce tools like “scan and soften” to help you stay relaxed and grounded, even during challenging moments.
Birth is not only physical, it’s mental and emotional too!
This workshop helps you:
Build confidence in your body
Understand how movement supports labor
Practice staying calm and present through intensity
Yoga mat
Birth ball
Optional: scarf (for comfort techniques)
No fitness experience needed! This is not a high-intensity workout, but an educational, supportive experience.
