Free Prenatal Birth Ball Classes for expecting mommas!
30-minute live Zoom classes, twice a week. Designed to help you build strength, release tension, and prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum. Open to all trimesters and any fitness level. No experience needed — just bring your birth ball, body, & breath!
Other recommended equipment: resistance band, dumbbells/free weights, and a wall nearby
WEEKLY SCHEDULE: *no class 6/2 & 6/4 for vacation*

**Registration window closes 15min before class time! If class is cancelled (due to illness, parent exhaustion, an inconsolable child, an emergency, etc.), pre-registrants will receive an email cancellation notice.
