Each class blends movement, breathwork, and education to help relieve common pregnancy aches and pains while building strength and confidence for birth and motherhood!
The practice is tailored to your needs, incorporating poses that promote balance and alignment in the pelvis, pelvic floor, and surrounding ligaments—helping encourage your baby into an optimal birthing position for a smoother, more functional birth. You'll also learn breath techniques to support labor and feel empowered for the journey ahead.
Open to all stages of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are!
