
Join me for a free outdoor workout and walk designed for pregnant, postpartum, and motherhood seasons beyond!
We'll start with a 30-minute full-body workout using bodyweight, resistance bands, and your stroller (or baby carrier if you prefer), followed by a walk along the beautiful Stone Lake path. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels, including core and pelvic floor-conscious movement.
This is a chance to get outside, move your body, and connect with other moms in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Babies, toddlers, and older kids are all welcome. Bring your stroller, wagon, scooter crew, or whatever works best for your family. Real-life motherhood is welcome here!
When: Wednesdays in July at 9:30am

Where: Near Stone Lake in La Porte, IN
Registered participants will receive meetup details and weather updates by email.
Weather: In light rain, we'll modify class under the pavilion. If severe weather is expected, class may move indoors or be cancelled. Registered participants will be notified by 8:00am.
What to Bring:
Stroller, wagon, or baby carrier
Water bottle
Comfortable walking/workout shoes
Snacks, sunscreen, and anything your kiddos may need
Registration is required so I can send you the exact meetup location, weather updates, and any important class information. Your online waiver can be completed during registration.
