Hi, I'm Christie!
I help moms and their kiddos build strength, confidence, and well-being in body, mind, and spirit through yoga, movement, & mindfulness!
I love working with beginners, expecting mothers, and new moms to help you and your little ones build a strong foundation, reconnect with your body, mind, and confidence!
I'm here to support and encourage you every step of the way!

Prep4Birth™ Birth Ball Clinic: A complete, 3-hour prenatal prep class that teaches techniques for using the birth ball during pregnancy and labor!
Postpartum Recovery® Fitness Series: A 6 week mommy & me class focused on regaining control of core, pelvic floor, and more!
I offer virtual & in-person yoga classes in LaPorte, Indiana to all ages & abilities, from adults of all levels to the littlest yogis & yogis-to-be!
