Should I Register for Postpartum Recovery® Before My Baby Is Born?

One of my absolute favorite things is when a mom who’s still pregnant signs up for Postpartum Recovery®️ Fitness. 🩵

Every time I see that registration come through, my heart smiles because I know that mom is already thinking ahead. She’s not just preparing for the birth itself… she’s preparing for her healing, strength, and support after. ✨

Have you wondered whether you should register before your baby is born? My answer is a wholehearted yes!

So often, the focus during pregnancy is all about the baby... setting up the nursery, buying the gear, scheduling appointments, packing the hospital bag. Those things are important, of course. But the truth is, your recovery and wellbeing matter just as much.

It’s easy to forget that the weeks and months after birth are a major transition physically, emotionally, and mentally. You’re learning your baby, adjusting to new routines, and navigating big changes in your body and identity.

That’s why I believe postpartum recovery doesn’t start after birth — it begins with awareness before baby arrives.
When you take time during pregnancy to learn how to reconnect with your breath, core, and pelvic floor, you’re laying the foundation for smoother healing later on. You’re building the mind-body connection that supports you through every stage of motherhood. 🌿
And, when you are ready to get out with your baby and learn some incredible tools to set you up to feel stronger in motherhood, the Postpartum Recovery® 6-week series will give you that.

And maybe my favorite part? The community. There is something incredibly healing about being in a room filled with other moms who get it. Whether they’re also newly postpartum, or showing up months (or even years!) later to rebuild strength, the energy in the room is one of compassion, understanding, and encouragement. 💞

If you’re pregnant right now and already thinking about your recovery, that’s such a beautiful act of self-care. It’s a reminder that preparing for motherhood also means preparing space for you.
