Prenatal Yoga: STRONG

Feel strong, confident, and supported through every trimester in this 6-week prenatal yoga series. STRONG is more than a class, it’s a guided journey into your power, your breath, and your connection to baby.

Each week centers around a powerful theme to prepare your body and mind for birth and beyond:

  • Support: Find strength in stillness, props, and community

  • Trust: Tune into your body’s wisdom and your baby’s rhythm

  • Resilience: Build endurance and rise through challenges

  • Open: Soften your body and heart for labor and letting go

  • Nourish: Refill your cup and tend to what you need

  • Ground: Anchor into your body, breath, and presence

Classes blend:

  • Strength-focused yoga flows and mobility work

  • Breath techniques to prepare for labor and reduce stress

  • Space for connection, reflection, and intuitive movement

You’ll walk away from each session feeling prepared, empowered, and deeply connected — to yourself, your baby, and your evolving strength!

Each class is 60 minutes

SUMMER 2026 SERIES DATES:

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm - August 12 to September 16

Investment: $75 for the 6 week session when registered 2 weeks in advance ($125 thereafter)

Drop-in class for $25 (space permitting: drop-ins open after session begins. Registration closes 48 hours before class time)

Class size is limited to 8 moms in each series

Special note: This is a seasonal offering offered just once a year during Summer💛 Don't miss out on this special season of motherhood. The next Prenatal Yoga seasonal class series is GATHER (Fall), ACCEPT (Winter), or CONNECT (Spring)
