Build heat, strength, and connection in this dynamic, breath-led Vinyasa class.

Designed for students with prior yoga experience, this class explores creative sequencing, fluid transitions, and opportunities to challenge both body and mind.
Expect to move, sweat, and tap into your inner power—while still honoring your own pace with plenty of options along the way! 60 minute class

Postpartum Recovery®

A mommy & me class focused on building strong cores, confidence, & community through functional movement and corrective exercise!

Postpartum Recovery® is for women in any stage of postpartum… Anytime after 10-days post vaginal birth or 4 weeks post-cesarean birth.

Babies are welcomed and encouraged to join you for class, but this program is great for moms of toddlers & beyond!

This 6 week series involves progressions and gentle recovery movement patterns. We will focus on mind-body reconnection to the pelvic floor and core and functional and corrective exercise.

We like to say that your brain will sweat more than your body! In this class series, you will learn how to connect with your deep core muscular system and pelvic floor to structurally support your core and pelvic floor in the recovery phase. We work up every week to a full body strengthening and fitness program!

You will also learn about diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other common experiences in the postpartum period.

Prep4Birth™ Clinic

A fun, full-body prenatal movement experience to prepare your body & mind using your birth ball!

Come ready to move, learn, and connect in this two-part, movement-based clinic designed to support your changing body through every stage of pregnancy.


You’ll discover how to use your birth ball to build strength, flexibility, and comfort — and gain confidence for your birth experience with this 4TFM evidence-based program!

This series meets twice for two hours each, giving you time between sessions to integrate and practice the movements, get more comfortable with your ball, and return with questions as your confidence and awareness grow.

Tea and light snacks will be provided, making this a warm and supportive “Mom’s Night Out” experience to share with friends or meet other moms preparing for this special season!

Each session builds on the last — you’ll leave with both the tools and confidence to continue using your birth ball throughout pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

Lean to use your birth ball for:

  • Strength, stability, and mobility throughout pregnancy
  • Comfortable, active positions for labor and birth
  • Breath awareness and relaxation techniques
  • Pelvic alignment and posture support
  • Confidence and connection as you prepare for your baby’s arrival

No prior yoga or fitness experience needed — just bring your ball, an open mind, and your pregnant bestie!

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

  • An inflated birth ball. You will need to inflate your ball over a couple days to allow for it to stretch and fill to full capacity! I will send info on sizing and how to inflate the ball when you register.
  • Scarf (one you already have at home will work, pashmina style works best or even a baby wrap)

Gentle yoga + bonding for pre-crawling babies and their caregivers

This super sweet and special class is designed for nurturing parent & baby and early bonding. Enjoy gentle stretches, breathing, and movement for you, plus calming touch and playful interaction for baby. Ideal for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

This class is best for not-yet mobile babies! Active crawlers and walkers should join Parent Tot Yoga class

Bring a baby blanket & small baby toy (we provide mats, unless you prefer to bring your own). Please complete this postnatal intake form before attending class

Mobile babies & toddlers up to 4 years old with a caregiver

A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class! Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies and have a chance to interact and have fun with other little ones. Class incorporates movement, repetition, sing-songs, fun props & more! Poses and much needed relaxation included for caregivers as well. 45 minute class

Absolute Beginner Yoga Series

Are you brand new to yoga, or coming back to your mat after a long time away? This 4-week Absolute Beginner Yoga Series is designed just for you!

Over four progressive, welcoming 90-minute classes, you’ll build a solid foundation in breath, alignment, and movement. Each week, you’ll learn the essential poses, transitions, and simple flows — with clear guidance, personal attention, and plenty of time for questions.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Breathe in a way that supports calm and focus
  • Move with confidence and safety
  • Use props and modifications to suit your body
  • Put together a gentle yoga sequence you can practice at home

No experience needed, no flexibility required — just bring your curiosity and an open mind! Level 0-1

Prenatal Yoga: GATHER

Pregnancy in the fall invites us to slow down, root deeply, and gather strength and wisdom for the season ahead. This 6-week prenatal yoga series is designed to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth through mindful movement, breath, and community.

Each week follows the GATHER framework, with a unique theme to guide your practice:

  • Ground into stability with postures and breath that support balance and ease.
  • Align your body, your breath, and your baby’s position with mindful awareness.
  • Thrive by building strength and resilience to support your growing body.
  • Harmonize your emotions, energy, and relationships during this season of change.
  • Embrace this stage of pregnancy with self-compassion and gratitude.
  • Release tension, fear, and resistance as you prepare for birth.

This series will help you feel strong, centered, and supported as you move toward your birthing season — gathering tools, strength, and confidence along the way.

All trimesters welcome! No prior yoga experience needed. Class includes modifications and support for all bodies and energy levels.

Each class is 60 minutes
